I have two hats. At least. One is my 'food' hat, the other is my 'events' hat. Actually I'm getting quite proficient at wearing both at once these days. In fact, the launch of RFAD has given me a whole host of new goals which mean a bit of a crossover between these two disciplines. Whilst the words 'Invitation to Tender' might strike dread into the hearts of many with the priomise of interminable repetition of documentation, crossing of t's and dotting of i's - these ITTs are my quarry in the month's to come! RFAD has all the raw materials and know-how to become preferred caterers at some of London's top venues: it's time for me to get busy contacting all my Riverside Events contacts for a start, and setting up a few google alerts no doubt!
In the meantime, RFAD continues to add lustre to our own venues at Topsail Events. We are very lucky to have some wonderful Thames cruisers, ships and boats for hospitality events and I'm always gratified to see the latest happy customer tell us about what a good time they had thanks to both Topsail and RFAD working together - great venues and great food in harmony (with a bit of pretty good event management thrown in!)
