What is our speciality?
Our food is globally influenced of course but we make sure that we make the most of the brilliant British produce that is available these days. Though you will find as much meat and fish as on any other good menu out there, we particularly excel in providing vegetarian and vegan catering services Our veggie clients cant get enough!
Riverside Food and Drink has recently gone into partnership with Thames Leisure in an exciting departure that will bring our beautifully crafted menus to a wider audiences and bigger venus! RFAD are looking forward to working with this river boat charter company in the heart of London that will continue to build on an exciting Thames tradition that began some years ago when we joined forces with maritime event specialists Topsail. RFAD is happy to be a part of life on the river and we are proud that our innovaitve catering has become an essential part of events on the Thames.
Our creative chef Skye, in charge of food concepts & menus says:
"I am particularly excited about the prospect of working with our sister company, Thames Leisure, on their large vessels on a scale that will allow Riverside Food and Drink to flourish. I've created these menus to present the best food and ingredients that I think are out there right now, for the best value possible. Everything is fresh, hand-made, ethically-sourced as much as possible and used in combination with the seasonal produce we have on our door-steps to bring you delicious, tasty and imaginative food. This is true artisan food created from the love of food that I have, to be enjoyed by everybody"
